I am just over-the-moon excited to bring you this review/giveaway today of Freshly Picked moccs. Like so many great companies and people, I first came across Freshly Picked on Instagram. Then, back in March I featured their Colbalt Suede Moccassins in Benjamin's Spring Wishlist. Major swoon, right?
We recently *received our first two pair of Freshly Picked moccasins in [soon to be released] Mint and Limited Edition Lemon. I did a
little happy dance when the package arrived! No, seriously. I may or may not have lovingly taken each pair from their respective linen pouches to smell and rub along my face (I wish I were kidding). I gave them each a flirty bat of my eyelashes as I examined the high quality leather. Ahh!
If you haven't noticed in my previous posts of What Ben Wore, I am a huge fan of bright, statement shoes and these are clearly no exception. The colors of these moccs are so vibrant and fun! The only downside - and it's the teeny tiniest of downsides - is that the first couple of times he wore them the color transferred onto his foot. I don't know about you, but I can live with that!
What I loved most about these moccs is the fit and how easy they are to put on! Benjamin has a very wide foot and he curls his toes a lot when I'm trying to put shoes on him which can make it difficult. Now that he's starting to stand and cruise furniture I've been wanting to find better shoes for him so these could not have come at a better time. They are both the same (no right and left foot) and the elastic around the rim makes them easy to slip on quickly while baby wrangling. Ben wears a size 4 and these are true to size. They fit him comfortably with a little room to spare. Freshly Picked makes it really simple to figure out your child's size with this sizing chart.
This past weekend we visited Little Five Points in East Atlanta to walk around the shops and have dinner. I thought our trip out was the perfect opportunity to take photos of Benjamin in his Freshly Picked moccs and was super excited to come across this building that matched them perfectly! So fun!
I love a baby in any kind of coveralls - shorts, pants, denim, seer sucker, you name it! It's pretty muggy out (hello, Hotlanta) so I decided that Ben would hillbilly it up in just these vintage Baby B'gosh overalls he got from his Aunty Heather. L - O - V - E!
We are excited to announce that the winner of this giveaway will get to choose their own Freshly Picked moccasins ($60.00 value) in any size and color! There are lots of ways to enter daily and one winner will be randomly selected and announced on Friday. Best of luck!!*Non-disclosure: We received these moccasins complimentary from Freshly Picked in order to review.
