Shortly after I moved to Atlanta last Summer I did a stylized engagement session with this lovely couple. I think that session will forever be my very favorite. I love working with these ladies! They're kindred spirits really - both super creative and full of great ideas. Overflowing with love for one another. I had the privilege of photographing their commitment ceremony to one another in June. It was an intimate ceremony (my favorite kind!) on the pier at Piedmont Park. Morgan and Dea had a hand in every detail, creating special touches that would make anyone swoon, especially me!! Can you believe that Dea and her mother MADE her wedding dress?! Gorgeous, right? I loved everything from Morgan's lace socks peeking under her seer sucker suit, to the peonies (another favorite of mine!) Dea held, to the fabric flower backdrop and hand dyed & assembled paper flower centerpieces. Just stunning. Here are just a handful of my favorites from that day.
